About Us
Our business is people.
The People who hire us!
People who need to get from here to there comfortably and safely. People who understand that there is more to taking a trip than having just any bus company drive them around the city, state, or country. People who expect a little more and understand that cheaper is not always better. People who want the safest, smoothest, softest riding bus available.
The People we have hired!
People who work for us, that are driven to seek perfection. People who are trained to be the best. People who know that safety is our most important goal. People who are given the best equipment available to do their job(s). People who have the necessary knowledge and skills to get the job done correctly with an extra emphasis on courtesy. People who are truly professional and enjoy what they are doing. People who truly care that your trip is completed to your satisfaction.
Who We Are
We incorporated in the State of Texas in February of 2007. We may have just celebrated our first birthday, but our people are not new to the industry.
The Company Founder, Jason C. Lockhart, Sr. obtained his Commercial Driver's License in 1981 and has held several jobs since then in both the commercial trucking and motor coach industries. He has also been employed as a Limousine Driver and School Bus Driver. His experience covers a very wide spectrum of the Transportation Industry. He was recognized during his employment with OfficeMax for his Superior Customer Service Skills.
The Corporation
Aero Trails Bus Lines is incorporated in the State of Texas. All of the stock in the company is privately held and privately traded. A certain portion of the initial stock is held by the company itself and is available for sale to individuals wishing to invest in the corporation. All cash generated by the sale of this stock will be deposited into the General Account of the company and used primarily to (a) purchase rolling stock, (b) purchase fuel, oil, and spare parts, and (c) meet payroll obligations.
Additional Details
The total number of shares that the Board of Directors has agreed to initially release for public sale is 25,000 shares. The asking price for these shares is $100.00 per share. The goal of the company at this point is to raise enough funding for a Fixed Base of Operations and 4 new buses. A new motor coach costs between $450,000.00 and $500,000.00 depending on equipment such as wheelchair lifts and Audio/Visual accessories as well as the chosen manufacturer. Initial plans for the FBO calls for leasing the building and land on which to establish the physical plant. However, should sufficient funding be available and a suitable low-cost site be located somewhere along the Texas State Highway 249 corridor, the company would probably prefer to purchase the site as opposed to leasing it.
